Duties Include

• Greet and thank all customers in a sincere voice
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers by being friendly and helpful
• Operate a cash register and correctly make change
• Clean the inside and outside of the store
• Put merchandise on shelves and counters
• Work in the walk-in cooler
• Perform electronic ordering
• Complete a variety of in-store paperwork
• Other odd jobs that make 7-Eleven an enjoyable place to shop

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and coworkers

Physical Requirements

• This position requires constant standing, bending, and reaching.
• Frequent lifting up to 5 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Our Management Trainee Program consists of a combination of classroom and on the job training that will teach the necessary skills to become a successful Store Manager.
